You need to be registered with PRShots as a brand to upload images. Once you've registered, select Upload Images from My Media on the menu. You can then upload from a directory/folder or simply drag-and-drop the images. To register contact our sales team at https://www.prshots.com/contactus
PRShots handles Jpeg/jpg, Png and Tif/tiff files - Jpg is the preferred format as Tif files can take a long time to upload.
The best image size is the largest size you have, the bigger, the better. We prefer A4 and over (at 300dpi this equates to 2480 pixels x 3508 pixels (print resolution), PRShots will handle high-resolution images that are 6mb-100mb in size (we will reject images less than 6Mb).

Yes. If you have new images ahead of a product launch, you can upload them using our Invisible Category.
Right-click on the Your Brand folder> click Add Category > Enter a title, e.g. SS20.
Right-click on it > Select Invisible. The title will be greyed out.
